DuraTrack Sprocket Segments for CAT Dozers and Track Loaders
DuraTrack sprocket segments for 121 CAT dozer and track loader models, from the D1, D2 and D3 Next Gen up to the D9T and D10T2. The range covers the D4H, D5K2, D6N, D6R, D6T, D7R and D8T, the 953C, 963C and 963D track loaders, and the 527. Each listing is matched to its make and model and manufactured to OEM specification.
Every DuraTrack segment is forged and through hardened for extended wear life, with tooth profiles induction hardened to over 50RC. Segments bolt to the sprocket hub in sections and are replaced individually without removing the track, and DuraTrack segment bolts are Grade 12.9. DuraTrack dozer sprocket segments carry a 3 year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period.
CAT segments run from 155mm to 260mm pitch. Some machines take a different segment by variant: the D6 and D6XE are listed by blade type, link count and track width, the D6K by serial number, and the D7H and D7R by bolt holes per segment, five or seven. The 953C is listed at both 175mm and 190mm pitch. Check the variant on the product page, or send the serial number and we confirm the segment.
