The 134 models covered include the EC15 to EC35 compacts, the EC55 and EC60 class, EC140 and EC160, the EC200 to EC250 class and the EC290 to EC300 class. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked Volvo can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.

Volvo clip-on pads run from 300mm to 850mm wide on 101mm, 135mm, 154mm, 171mm, 190mm and 216mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so a Volvo EC140D L takes 92 and a Volvo EC220D L takes 98 per machine, as shown on every product page.
