DuraTrack SALT (Sealed And Lubricated Track) chains for CAT dozers and track loaders, listed by machine model with the link count on every product. A SALT chain runs oil inside a sealed pin and bushing joint, which extends internal bushing life by up to 50% compared to a greased and sealed chain. Rails are hardened to 48-56RC up to 13mm deep, and pins and bushes to 55-60RC. DuraTrack SALT dozer chains carry a 3 year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period.
For machines on CAT SystemOne undercarriage, a dozer undercarriage conversion kit moves the machine onto DuraTrack SALT chains. Chains are also supplied assembled into track groups with single grouser shoes from 560mm to 915mm.
