DuraLine Clip-On Rubber Pads for Doosan and Develon Excavators
DuraLine clip-on rubber pads for Doosan and Develon excavators, listed by machine model with the pad width, link pitch and quantity per machine on every product. The 66 models covered include the DX17 to DX35 minis, the DX55 to DX80 class, DX140 and DX160, the DX225 to DX255 class and the DX300 to DX340 class. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.
A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked Doosan / Develon can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.
Doosan / Develon clip-on pads run from 300mm to 850mm wide on 101mm, 135mm, 154mm, 171mm, 190mm and 216mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so a Doosan / Develon DX140LC takes 92 and a Doosan / Develon DX225LC takes 98 per machine, as shown on every product page. Measure the shoe width and the pitch between two adjacent pins to confirm the size, or send the model and we will check it against our product reference guide.
