DuraLine clip-on rubber pads for Takeuchi excavators, listed by machine model with the pad width, link pitch and quantity per machine on every product. The 29 models covered include the TB025 to TB030 minis, the TB045 to TB260 class, the TB175 to TB290 class and the TB1140. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.
A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked Takeuchi can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.
Takeuchi clip-on pads run from 300mm to 700mm wide on 101mm, 135mm, 154mm and 171mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so a Takeuchi TB250 takes 78 and a Takeuchi TB290 takes 78 per machine, as shown on every product page. Measure the shoe width and the pitch between two adjacent pins to confirm the size, or send the model and we will check it against our product reference guide.
