Astrak’s workshop at the UK head office in Kirkcaldy handles a wide range of undercarriage repairs, services, and refurbishments across all machine types and manufacturers. Supported by an extensive UK stock holding of chains, shoes, rollers, sprockets, idlers, and hardware, the workshop delivers fast turnaround on new track assemblies, exchange track groups and repairs for excavators, dozers, crushers, screeners, and other tracked machinery from 0.8 to 100 tonnes.

New Track Group Assembly:
Brand new track groups assembled to customer specification, with chain and track shoe configurations to suit standard, heavy-duty, and low ground pressure applications. Bespoke track groups are also available for specific machines and applications, supported by an expert technical team.
