Astrak’s workshop at the UK head office in Kirkcaldy is supported by an extensive UK stock holding of chains, shoes, rollers, sprockets, idlers, and hardware, the workshop delivers fast turnaround on new track assemblies, exchange track groups for excavators, dozers, crushers, screeners, and other tracked machinery from 0.8 to 100 tonnes.
Workshop services:
New Track Group Assembly:
Brand new track groups assembled to customer specification, with chain and track shoe configurations to suit standard, heavy-duty, and low ground pressure applications. Bespoke track groups are also available for specific machines and applications, supported by an expert technical team.
Exchange Track Group Assembly:
A cost-effective alternative to full replacement. An equivalent track shoe, matched to the same wear level as your existing set, is fitted to brand new chains, assembled in the workshop, and delivered direct to site. The service allows you to keep working with your current equipment up until changeover, with a fast, efficient swap that maximises machine uptime.
