DuraTrack Sprocket Segments for Komatsu Dozers
DuraTrack sprocket segments for 67 Komatsu dozer models, from the D51EX-22 and D51PX-24 to the D155AX-8. The range covers the D61EX and D61PX, the D65E, D65EX, D65PX and D65WX from the -6 to the -18, the D71EX-24 and D71PX-24, the D85EX-18 and D85PX-18, and the D150 and D155. Intelligent machine control models such as the D61PXi-24, D65EXi-18 and D85PXi-18 are listed separately.
Every DuraTrack segment is forged and through hardened for extended wear life, with tooth profiles induction hardened to over 50RC. Segments bolt to the sprocket hub in sections and are replaced individually without removing the track, and DuraTrack segment bolts are Grade 12.9. DuraTrack dozer sprocket segments carry a 3 year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period.
Komatsu segments run from 175mm to 228mm pitch, one segment per machine family: the D65 and D71 share a 203mm pitch segment, the D85 a 216mm segment and the D155 a 228mm segment. Long track D61 and D65 variants are listed with their standard track equivalents. Send the model and serial number and we confirm the segment.
A worn segment shortens the life of a new chain, so segments are normally changed with the track.
