Excavator track chains
- Grease filled and sealed with polyurethane seals, so abrasive material stays out of the pin and bush. Greased chains typically last 20-30% longer than a dry track chain
- Rails are heat treated boron steel hardened to 48-56RC. All pins and bushes are hardened to 55-60RC
- Easy fit master pin as standard, so the chain can be split and joined on site without specialist equipment
- Heavy-duty chains with a higher rail and larger bushes are available for some models
- 18 month warranty on excavator track chains

Which track chain fits your machine
Pitch is the distance between pin centres and decides which chain fits. Chains up to and including 135mm pitch are dry; from 140mm pitch upwards every Astrak chain is greased. All 101.6mm pitch chains are supplied as welded track groups, and larger pitches are supplied as bare chains or assembled into track groups to your shoe configuration.
