We can supply the complete range of CAT J-Series bucket teeth and adapters suitable for excavators and loading shovels up to 100T.

Our range includes several different tooth styles, including long tips, rock chisels and heavy-duty penetration tips to suit all applications from light construction to heavy mining.

The CAT J-Series bucket teeth and adapters are suitable for excavators and loading shovels up to 100T including J200, J225, J250/CAT 205, J300/CAT 215, J350/CAT 225, J400, J460/CAT 235, J550/CAT 245, J600, J700 and J800. Additionally, we stock a range of JCB, Kubota/K2 and Massey/K3 bolt-on teeth for mini excavators up to 8T.

Our double-bevel and single-bevel bolt-on blades are available for all makes of dozers, loading shovels and excavators and offer unbeatable value for money.

All of our bolt-on blades are through-hardened to 500HB to ensure maximum performance in the most demanding environments.

We provide a bespoke blade manufacturing service that offers you the flexibility to specify what you want to be fitted to your bucket, with profiles from 12mm to 90mm available within seven days of placing the order.

Cutting Edge

Extreme Durability

We provide rectangle wear strip and single bevel cutting edge profiles from 8mm to 60mm to suit buckets for all excavator and loading shovels.

Our profiles are sourced in the EU and are all through-hardened to 500HB for extreme durability in the most abrasive applications.

Profiles can be cut to length by our workshop team for bespoke requirements, and we can also supply cutting edge kits complete with adapters and teeth of your choice.

Breaker Steels

Durable & Versatile

Astrak Breaker Steels are manufactured utilising specially elected alloy steel and applying a state of the art heat treatment process which maximises the durability and versatility of our tools for demanding applications.

We stock Breaker Steels for most models of mini excavator hammer models including: Arrowhead, Atlas Copco, CAT, Furukawa, Hanoi, Indeco, JCB, Krupp, Kubota, Montabert, NPK, Rammer, SMC and Takeuchi.
