Every DuraTrack track roller has a forged roller shell, friction welded or submerged arc welded and heat treated, on a hardened forged alloy or rolled carbon steel shaft, with heavy-duty seals. Roller bolts are Grade 10.9. DuraTrack dozer track rollers carry a 3 year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period.

A double flange roller gives more guidance to the track link, and dozers normally run a mixture of the two, so every listing names the flange. Where one model takes more than one roller, the listing names the variant, such as blade type and link count on the CAT D6, serial number on the John Deere 550K, 700J and 700K, or Tier 4A and 4B on the Case M series.
