Doosan / Develon Top Rollers

DuraTrack top rollers for Doosan / Develon excavators, listed by machine model

Top rollers, also called carrier rollers, guide the track over the undercarriage frame on its return run. DuraTrack top rollers are listed for Doosan / Develon models including DX30Z, DX80R, DX140LC-3, DX140LCR-5, DX160LC-3, DX180LC, DX225LC, DX225LCA, DX235LC and DX255LC-3. DuraTrack rollers use forged shells, friction welded or submerged arc welded and heat treated by differential quenching or through hardening, with hardened shafts in forged alloy or rolled carbon steel. The range covers single flange, double flange and shaft type carrier rollers, manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001 approved facilities, with reinforced flanges and heavy-duty sealing to extend wear life.

The machine model and serial number identify the roller, and the number of carrier rollers on each side and the markings on the side of the old roller confirm the match. Wide track shoes increase roller tread and flange wear, so use the narrowest shoe that still gives good flotation.

Order before 4:30pm for next working day UK delivery on stocked rollers. Our free undercarriage inspection records top roller and bottom roller wear against new dimensions, so both sets can be planned together.
