Komatsu 400mm Bolt-On Rubber Pads

400mm DuraLine Bolt-On Rubber Pads for Komatsu Excavators

DuraLine 400mm bolt-on rubber pads for Komatsu excavators with 400mm track shoes, listed by machine model. The 18 Komatsu models covered include PC40R-8, PC40-6 and PC45R-8. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

400mm Komatsu pads are made for 135mm link pitch, so check the pitch between two adjacent pins as well as the shoe width. One pad fits each track shoe: a Komatsu PC40R-8 takes 76 and a Komatsu PC40-6 takes 80 per machine, and the quantity is shown on every product page. Bolt-on pads are a semi-permanent conversion and every pad carries a 6-month warranty.

Order before 4:30pm for next working day UK delivery on stocked pads. To confirm the pad, send the machine model and shoe width to the team. See all Komatsu bolt-on pads for other widths, 400mm bolt-on pads for every make, or read the bolt-on pads guide for sizes, fitting and the comparison with clip-on.
