Our Duraline XD Smart Pad is an innovative replaceable rubber pad system that negates the need to dispose of the whole track shoe once its reached the end of it’s service life

Constantly replacing the whole shoe and pad combination is both costly and environmentally unfriendly.[table id=28 /]Once the Smart Pad has reached its renewal point simply swap out the old pad for a new replacement, keeping the robust and original long-life baseplate in place. The Smart Pads blend of natural and synthetic rubber (NR/BR/SBR) is identical to that used in the

Duraline

and

Duraline Plus

range of rubber pads.

Astrak’s Duraline and Duraline Plus are favoured by many of the largest tracked machinery OEM’S and have been thouroughly field tested on urban roads, country lanes, motorways, and railways around the world. The Duraline XD range builds on this already impressive pedigree, bringing the latest smart pad technology to the paver marketplace.
