Astrak specifically developed the DuraLine range of pads and parts for paver and planer machines to meet industry demands where downtime is extremely costly.

These durable pads are available in several different sizes and material options, including other fitment methods.

The range includes EPS, rubber and polyurethane bonded pads in bolt-on, chain-on and clip-on styles. We also hold stock of chains, steel shoes, nuts and bolts to complement the range.

DuraLine XD Smart Pad For Vogele Machinery

Astrak’s Duraline XD Smart Pad is an innovative replaceable rubber pad system that negates the need to dispose of the whole track shoe once its reached the end of it’s service life. Constantly replacing the whole shoe and pad combination is both costly and environmentally unfriendly.

Once the Smart Pad has reached its renewal point simply swap out the old pad for a new replacement, keeping the robust and original long-life baseplate in place.

The Smart Pads blend of natural and synthetic rubber (NR/BR/SBR) is identical to that used in the Duraline and Duraline Plus range of rubber pads.
