DuraLine 400mm bolt-on rubber pads for JCB excavators with 400mm track shoes, listed by machine model. The 20 JCB models covered include 8052, 48Z and 55Z. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

400mm JCB pads are made for 135mm link pitch, so check the pitch between two adjacent pins as well as the shoe width. One pad fits each track shoe: a JCB 8052 takes 78 and a JCB 48Z takes 78 per machine, and the quantity is shown on every product page. Bolt-on pads are a semi-permanent conversion and every pad carries a 6-month warranty.
