DuraTrack Sprocket Segments for New Holland Crawler Dozers
DuraTrack sprocket segments for the New Holland DC100 LGP crawler dozer, matched to the machine model and manufactured to OEM specification.
Every DuraTrack segment is forged and through hardened for extended wear life, with tooth profiles induction hardened to over 50RC. Segments bolt to the sprocket hub in sections and are replaced individually without removing the track, and DuraTrack segment bolts are Grade 12.9. DuraTrack dozer sprocket segments carry a 3 year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period.
The DC100 LGP takes a 171mm pitch segment. For other New Holland dozers, send the model and serial number and we will check the segment.
