IHI Clip-On Rubber Pads

DuraLine Clip-On Rubber Pads for IHI Excavators

DuraLine clip-on rubber pads for IHI excavators, listed by machine model with the pad width, link pitch and quantity per machine on every product. The 28 models covered include the 40 and 45 class, the 50 and 55 class, the 65NX and the IS120 to IS220. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked IHI can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.

IHI clip-on pads run from 400mm to 800mm wide on 135mm, 171mm and 190mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so an IHI 50NX takes 78 and an IHI 55V.4 takes 78 per machine, as shown on every product page. Measure the shoe width and the pitch between two adjacent pins to confirm the size, or send the model and we will check it against our product reference guide.

Order before 4:30pm for next working day UK delivery on stocked pads. To confirm the pad, send the machine model and shoe width to the team. Browse all clip-on rubber pads, read the clip-on pads guide for sizes, fitting and the comparison with bolt-on, or see bolt-on rubber pads for a semi-permanent conversion.
