Yanmar Clip-On Rubber Pads

DuraLine Clip-On Rubber Pads for Yanmar Excavators

DuraLine clip-on rubber pads for Yanmar excavators, listed by machine model with the pad width, link pitch and quantity per machine on every product. The 17 models covered include the B50 and Vio50 class, the Vio70 to Vio80 and SV86 class and the SV100 and SV120. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked Yanmar can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.

Yanmar clip-on pads run from 400mm to 700mm wide on 135mm, 154mm and 171mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so a Yanmar Vio50 takes 76 and a Yanmar Vio75 takes 78 per machine, as shown on every product page. Measure the shoe width and the pitch between two adjacent pins to confirm the size, or send the model and we will check it against our product reference guide.

Order before 4:30pm for next working day UK delivery on stocked pads. To confirm the pad, send the machine model and shoe width to the team. Browse all clip-on rubber pads, read the clip-on pads guide for sizes, fitting and the comparison with bolt-on, or see bolt-on rubber pads for a semi-permanent conversion.
