Track rollers for excavators and dozers

DuraTrack track rollers cover both positions on the undercarriage: bottom rollers that carry the machine weight on the chain rails, and top rollers (carrier rollers) that support the chain on its return run. Single flange, double flange and shaft type carrier rollers are available, manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

Construction

• Forged roller shells, friction welded or submerged arc welded, heat treated by differential quenching or through hardening
• Shafts in forged alloy or rolled carbon steel, hardened
• Roller bolts are 10.9 grade, forged from alloy steel and heat treated to OEM specification

Single or double flange

Double flange rollers increase guidance of the link. Dozers normally run a mixture of the two. Check the flange pattern on your machine before ordering, or use the parts finder above to select by make and model.

Best practice is to change all bottom rollers together. A single new roller sits proud of the worn set and wears faster. Rollers are part of the full DuraTrack undercarriage range, alongside idlers, sprockets and track chains. For a full undercarriage quotation, speak to the team.
