DuraTrack is the Astrak undercarriage range: track chains, track groups and shoes, idlers, rollers, sprockets and track adjusters for tracked machines from 0.8 to 80 tonnes. Every component is manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

What the range covers

• Track chains and groups from 101mm to 260mm pitch, greased and sealed for excavators, oil-filled SALT (Sealed And Lubricated Track) for dozers
• Bottom rollers and top rollers in single flange, double flange and shaft type carrier configurations
• Idlers supplied as complete cast assemblies with heavy-duty seal groups, shafts and brackets
• Sprockets and sprocket segments with deep induction hardened tooth rims
• Track adjusters and recoil assemblies for nearly 300 excavator models

Warranty

DuraTrack dozer undercarriage and SALT chains carry a three year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period. DuraTrack excavator track chains carry an 18 month warranty.
