DuraTrack Sprocket Segments for Case Dozers

DuraTrack sprocket segments for 27 Case dozer models: the 550E, 550G and 550H, the 555E, the 650 and 650G, the 750H, the 850D, 850E, 850G and 850H, and the 1850K, in standard, LT, LGP, WT and XLT configurations.

Every DuraTrack segment is forged and through hardened for extended wear life, with tooth profiles induction hardened to over 50RC. Segments bolt to the sprocket hub in sections and are replaced individually without removing the track, and DuraTrack segment bolts are Grade 12.9. DuraTrack dozer sprocket segments carry a 3 year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period.

Case segments run from 160mm pitch on the 550 and 555 to 171mm on the 650, 750 and 850, and 203mm on the 1850K. The 550 and 850 series take different segments for long track and low ground pressure undercarriage, so each listing names the configuration it fits. Send the model and serial number and we confirm the segment.
