DuraLine rubber pads are designed to meet industry-standard performance expectations, providing reliable durability and ease of installation across a wide range of applications.
The range is available in multiple styles and sizes, including Bolt-On, Direct-to-Chain (Roadliner), and quick-fit Clip-On designs. The Clip-On system allows installation in approximately half the time of conventional pads, reducing labour input and maximising machine uptime. The range also includes planer, paver and street pads.

Bolt-On Pads
A semi-permanent solution for converting steel-tracked machines to rubber pads where surface protection is needed. Available from 300mm to 700mm, for excavators from 4 to 26 tonnes.
Clip-On Pads
Engineered for extended service life and rapid installation, using a fixed clip one side and a secure clamp the other — letting steel-tracked excavators work on roads, hardstanding and finished surfaces without damage.
Roadliner Pads
One-piece vulcanised pad that bolts directly onto the steel track chain, covering machines from 4 to 26 tonnes to suit a wide variety of applications.
Planer Pads
Polyurethane pads for planing machines, engineered for high-demand applications where minimising downtime is critical. Available in 260mm, 300mm, 350mm and 360mm, covering drum sizes from 1m to 2.5m.

For JCB backhoe loaders — 2CX, 3CX and 4CX. Improves stability while protecting finished surfaces, with excellent resistance to wear, chunking and chipping. Replaces OEM part numbers 980/88215 and 993/44500.
