Excavator and Dozer Track Chains, 101mm to 260mm Pitch

DuraTrack track chains (track link assemblies) for excavators, mini excavators and dozers from 3t to 80t, listed by machine make and model. Greased and sealed excavator track chains and oil filled SALT (Sealed And Lubricated Track) dozer chains, all manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001 approved facilities and held in US stock for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, John Deere, Case, Kobelco, Hyundai, Doosan, Kubota, Takeuchi, Yanmar and other major makes.

Excavator track chains

• Grease filled and sealed with polyurethane seals, so abrasive material stays out of the pins and bushings. Greased chains typically last 20-30% longer than a dry track chain
• Rails are heat treated boron steel hardened to 48-56RC. All pins and bushings are hardened to 55-60RC
• Easy fit master pin as standard, so the chain can be split and joined on site without specialist equipment
• Heavy-duty chains with a higher rail and larger bushings are available for some models
• 12-month warranty on excavator track chains

Dozer track chains (SALT)

• Oil filled SALT chains for dozers and heavy tracked equipment. Internal bushing life is extended by up to 50% compared to greased and sealed chains
• Rails hardened to 48-56RC up to 13mm deep, pins and bushings to 55-60RC
• Three year, 3,000 hour warranty, whichever comes first, matching the OEM warranty period
• Conversion kits move CAT SystemOne and Komatsu System Plus undercarriages onto DuraTrack SALT chains, with conversions carried out at our Houston, TX workshop

Which track chain fits your machine

Pitch is the distance between pin centers and decides which chain fits. Chains up to and including 135mm pitch are dry; from 140mm pitch upwards every Astrak chain is greased. All 101.6mm pitch chains are supplied as welded track groups, and larger pitches are supplied as bare chains or assembled into track groups to your shoe configuration. Stocked chains ship the same day on a 4:00pm CT cut-off.
