Astrak offers a comprehensive UK-wide on-site undercarriage repair and fitting service, with experienced plant fitters available across mainland UK. From initial inspection through to the supply and fitting of parts, the entire process is managed on your behalf, removing the need to move the machine off site.
The service covers excavators, dozers, crushers, screeners and other tracked machinery from 0.8 to 100 tonnes, supported by an extensive UK stock holding of chains, shoes, rollers, sprockets, idlers and hardware. All work is completed to OEM specification.

Undercarriage Inspections
A free UK-wide undercarriage inspection service, taking measurements from every component to produce a detailed wear report. This identifies exactly which parts need replacing, removing the guesswork and keeping repair costs to a minimum.
On-Site Fitting
Available UK-wide to carry out undercarriage repairs and replacements across all machine types and manufacturers, covering excavators, dozers, crushers and screeners from 0.8 to 100 tonnes. Parts are supplied from UK stock and fitted to OEM specification, keeping the machine productive without the cost or disruption of transport to a workshop.
Exchange Track Group Fitting
On-site fitting of exchange track groups assembled in the Astrak workshop. An equivalent track shoe, matched to the same wear level as your existing set, is fitted to brand new chains, delivered direct to site and fitted by Astrak plant fitters. The service allows you to keep working with your current equipment up until changeover, with a fast, efficient swap that maximises machine uptime.
