DuraTrack
The DuraTrack steel undercarriage range covers chains, shoes, rollers, idlers and sprockets for all major makes of tracked machine from 0.8t to 100t, manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001-certified facilities and available for next-working-day delivery.
DuraTrack chains feature sealed and lubricated pins with polyurethane end-seals to prevent abrasive ingress and extend pin-and-bush life. Available in standard, heavy-duty and extreme-duty configurations. Track shoes from 180mm to 915mm.

Track Groups
Fully assembled track groups with customized chain and track shoe configurations to suit specific requirements.
Track Chains (Greased & SALT)
Greased chains in pitches from 101mm to 260mm. Polyurethane seals keep abrasive material out of the pins and bushings. Easy-fit and press-fit master pins available.
Track Shoes
Widths from 300mm to 1500mm, suitable for standard, heavy-duty and low ground pressure (LGP) applications.
Sprockets
External tooth profiles induction-hardened to over 50RC for extended wear life and outstanding value.
Track Rollers
A complete range of bottom rollers compatible with all tracked machinery, engineered to transfer machine weight through the undercarriage to the ground.
Carrier Rollers
Heavy-duty carrier rollers guide the track over the undercarriage frame. Reinforced flanges and heavy-duty sealing extend wear life and support long-term reliability.
Idlers
Produced to OEM specifications with heavy-duty seals, shafts and brackets to deliver durability across a wide range of tracked machinery.
Track Adjusters
An extensive inventory of OEM-specification track adjuster (recoil spring) assemblies for all major excavator models.
Hardware
Track bolts and nuts to Grade 12.9; sprocket and roller bolts to Grade 10.9. Forged from alloy steel and heat-treated to OEM standards.
