Do Astrak buckets come with teeth?
Yes. Digging buckets come with bolt-on teeth as standard. Mud buckets carry a reversible bolt-on cutting edge instead. Replacement teeth and cutting edges are stocked, keeping your bucket working for longer.
What is the difference between a digging bucket and a mud bucket?
A digging bucket is narrower with teeth for excavating and trenching. A mud bucket is wider with a smooth reversible cutting edge for grading, levelling and clearing. Astrak stocks both, so you can match the bucket to the job.
Which bucket widths does Astrak stock?
Digging buckets are stocked in 12 inch, 18 inch, 24 inch, 30 inch, 36 inch, 42 inch, 48 inch, 54 inch, 60 inch, 66 inch and 72 inch widths, with mud buckets in 36 inch, 48 inch and 60 inch. Tell us your machine and the job and we will confirm the right width.
Will a GeoXD bucket fit my excavator?
Every GeoXD bucket is supplied with the correct pin diameter and hanger centres for your machine, whether it runs a pin-on or quick coupler setup. Confirm your make, model and serial number and we will make sure it fits first time.
How quickly can I get a bucket?
Stocked GeoXD buckets ordered before 4pm are despatched for fast US delivery from our Houston warehouse. Larger or bespoke buckets are quoted with a confirmed lead time.
