Questions
Link-Belt Rubber Pad FAQs
Which Link-Belt machines do Astrak rubber pads fit?
Astrak supplies DuraLine rubber pads for 35 Link-Belt machine models, covering steel tracked excavators from 4 to 26 tons. Send us your Link-Belt model and serial number and we will confirm the correct pad.
What is the difference between clip-on, bolt-on and Roadliner pads?
Clip-on pads use a fixed clip one side and a secure clamp the other, so a steel tracked Link-Belt can be converted quickly and reversed just as quickly. Bolt-on pads are a semi-permanent conversion that bolts through the steel track shoe. Roadliner pads are a one-piece vulcanised pad that bolts directly onto the steel track chain in place of the shoe. Tell us the surfaces you work on and we will recommend the right style.
How do I find the right rubber pad size for my Link-Belt?
Rubber pads are specified by pad width and track link pitch, and the correct combination depends on your Link-Belt and its track shoes. Send us your Link-Belt model and serial number, or the part number stamped on your existing pads, and we will identify the correct pad for you.
How quickly can I get Link-Belt rubber pads?
Place your order prior to 4pm CT and stocked rubber pads are shipped for fast US delivery. Less common sizes are quoted with a confirmed lead time.
Will rubber pads damage my Link-Belt track chain?
No. DuraLine pads are designed to fit the machine's existing undercarriage and spread load across the track shoe or chain. Clip-on pads can be fitted in around half the time of conventional pads, so your Link-Belt moves between rough ground and finished surfaces without a long changeover or unnecessary wear.
