The 95 models covered include the 802 to 8035 minis, the 8040 to 8080 class, the 48Z to 67C compacts, JS110 to JS145 and the 131X to 150X, the JS200 to 220X class and the JS260 to JS370 class. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked JCB can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.

JCB clip-on pads run from 300mm to 850mm wide on 101mm, 135mm, 154mm, 171mm, 190mm and 216mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so a JCB JS130LC takes 88 and a JCB JS220LC takes 98 per machine, as shown on every product page.
