DuraLine clip-on rubber pads for Liebherr excavators, listed by machine model with the pad width, link pitch and quantity per machine on every product. The 52 models covered include the R313 and R900 class, the R317, R904 and R914 class, and the R946 to R954 class. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked Liebherr can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.

Liebherr clip-on pads run from 400mm to 850mm wide on 171mm, 190mm and 216mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so a Liebherr R900 B takes 88 and a Liebherr R914 Li. takes 92 per machine, as shown on every product page. Measure the shoe width and the pitch between two adjacent pins to confirm the size, or send the model and we will check it against our product reference guide.
