DuraLine clip-on rubber pads for Komatsu excavators, listed by machine model with the pad width, link pitch and quantity per machine on every product. The 250 models covered include the PC10 to PC30 minis, the PC40 and PC55 class, PC60 to PC78, the PC100 to PC138 class, PC150 to PC210 and the PC250 to PC290 class, plus the HB215 and HB365 hybrids. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

A clip-on pad fixes to the existing steel track shoe with a fixed bracket on one side and a secure clamp on the other, so a steel-tracked Komatsu can work on roadways, concrete hard-standing and other finished surfaces without risk of damage. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads, minimising labour costs and maximising uptime. Every pad carries a 6-month warranty.

Komatsu clip-on pads run from 300mm to 850mm wide on 101mm, 135mm, 140mm, 154mm, 171mm, 175mm, 190mm and 216mm link pitch. One pad fits each track shoe, so a Komatsu PC138US-8 takes 86 and a Komatsu PC210-8 takes 90 per machine, as shown on every product page.
