Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Astrak UK, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from 9 October and ending 31 October. All entries must be received by 23:59 on the specified ending date.
How to Enter: Entrants must Complete the online entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Prizes: The Winner(s) will receive a Milwaukee Grease Gun set. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at the discretion of Astrak UK.
Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Astrak UK. The Winner will be notified via e-mail within five (5) days of the winner selection. Astrak UK shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.
Rights Granted: By entering this contest, you understand that Astrak UK, anyone acting on behalf of Astrak UK, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity, or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Terms: Astrak UK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if events beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Astrak UK and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof.
Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
