Fiat Hitachi Top Rollers

DuraTrack top rollers for Fiat Hitachi excavators, listed by machine model

Top rollers, also called carrier rollers, guide the track over the undercarriage frame on its return run. DuraTrack top rollers are listed for Fiat Hitachi models including FH30, FH200, FH200E, FH200E.3, FH200LC.3, FH220.3, FH220ELC.3, FH220LC.3, FH240ELC.3 and FH240LC.3. DuraTrack rollers use forged shells, friction welded or submerged arc welded and heat treated by differential quenching or through hardening, with hardened shafts in forged alloy or rolled carbon steel. The range covers single flange, double flange and shaft type carrier rollers, manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001 approved facilities, with reinforced flanges and heavy-duty sealing to extend wear life.

The machine model and serial number identify the roller, and the number of carrier rollers on each side and the markings on the side of the old roller confirm the match. Wide track shoes increase roller tread and flange wear, so use the narrowest shoe that still gives good flotation.
