Liebherr Idlers

DuraTrack idlers for Liebherr excavators, listed by machine model

The idler sits at the front of the track frame, guides the track links and, together with the track adjuster, keeps the chain at the correct tension. DuraTrack idler assemblies are listed for Liebherr models including R904 EW Li, R904 HD SL, R904 Li, R912 HDSL Li. M18, R914 EW Li, R914 HD SL Li, R914 Li, R922 HD SL Li, R922 HD SL Li. M18 and R922 HD SL Li. M20. See also: Liebherr sprockets.

Each DuraTrack idler is a cast assembly supplied complete with a heavy-duty seal group, shaft and brackets, manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001 approved facilities. The machine model and serial number identify the assembly, and the markings on the side of the old idler confirm the match.

Change the track adjuster at the same time where it is worn. A worn idler can cause a new track adjuster to fail prematurely, and the adjuster is far easier to replace while the idler is off. A track adjuster installed with a new idler carries a 12-month warranty; we confirm the term when we quote.

Held in US stock. Order by 4:00pm CT for same-day shipping on stocked assemblies. All DuraTrack components carry a minimum 12-month warranty as standard. Wide track shoes and digging over the sprockets both accelerate idler tread and flange wear, so have the idler measured against new dimensions before it is changed.
