800mm DuraLine Clip-On Rubber Pads for Hitachi Excavators

DuraLine 800mm clip-on rubber pads for Hitachi excavators with 800mm track shoes, listed by machine model. The 199 Hitachi models covered include ZX210-3, EX200-5 and EX165. Each pad is matched to its make and model and manufactured from premium quality, abrasion-resistant rubber in ISO 9001 approved facilities.

800mm Hitachi pads are made for 190mm and 216mm link pitch, so check the pitch between two adjacent pins as well as the shoe width. One pad fits each track shoe: a Hitachi EX200-5 takes 92 and a Hitachi ZX210-3 takes 92 per machine, and the quantity is shown on every product page. Clip-on pads can be fitted in half the time of conventional pads and every pad carries a 6-month warranty.
