Bottom rollers, also called track rollers, carry the weight of the machine along the underside of the track frame and transfer it through the track to the ground. DuraTrack bottom rollers are listed for Takeuchi models including TB12, TB15, TB28FR, TB070, TB138FR, TB180FR, TB225, TB240, TB280FR and TB325R. DuraTrack rollers use forged shells, friction welded or submerged arc welded and heat treated by differential quenching or through hardening, with hardened shafts in forged alloy or rolled carbon steel. The range covers single flange and double flange bottom rollers, manufactured to OEM specification in ISO 9001 approved facilities. A double flange roller gives more guidance to the track link.

The machine model and serial number identify the roller, and the number of track rollers on each side and the markings on the side of the old roller confirm the match. Change the bottom rollers as a set: a single new roller sits proud of the worn ones and increases the wear rate on everything around it. Wide track shoes also increase roller tread and flange wear, so use the narrowest shoe that still gives good flotation.
